I've been training with Sean for 8 years now I couldn't imagine going to another gym.. I'm always made to feel so welcome even after skipping classes for weeks on end lol Sean & Fionnuala and all the other coaches have always welcomed me back. I've been to other gyms a few times over the years and never felt as comfortable as I do at K35. The other clients make the experience so enjoyable also everyone is like a little family.
